Charles Alderson Catlett

Charles Catlett entered the environmental field in 1986, beginning as a sales estimator for asbestos projects throughout New England.  After gaining experience with several environmental companies, he became aware of the need to provide a direct relationship between the client, contractor, crew, and construction team. In 1998 he founded Alderson, Inc. and is responsible for the general supervision and control of all business activities. He oversees all operational duties and is involved in many phases of each project. His environmental career has encompassed over 25 years of asbestos abatement, microbial remediation, lead paint removal, controlled demolition / excavation, and underground storage tank removal for private, local, and state agencies.

Charles is a member of the National Indoor Air Quality Association and the Environmental Information Association. He holds a certification as a licensed asbestos abatement supervisor in Vermont and New Hampshire. Charles is also licensed as an asbestos site inspector, a lead inspector technician, and a lead supervisor in Vermont.

Angela holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and Management and has extensive experience from her nine years of work in the banking industry. She accurately monitors all of Alderson, Inc.’s accounts, invoicing, and human resources responsibilities. Angela is an Officer of the company and additionally oversees licensing, training, material purchases, permitting, and project closeout reports for all projects.

Angela holds a Vermont certification as a licensed Asbestos Site Inspector.  She is also trained to perform Phase I Site Assessments.
